Refund policy

RETURNS: There are no refunds. Exchanges are accepted no later than 7 days from the delivery date of your order.Playground is not responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty / incorrect. Customers are responsible for shipping all returns.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items can only be returned for another item. We do not accept returns on: Hats, pushes, accessories, sports bras, swimwear and novelty items. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start an  return, you can contact us at info@yourplayground.world. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
