SHIPPING DOMESTIC: All orders are shipped via Canada post. please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed. please allow up to 3-7 business days to receive your package. sorry, we do not ship to p.o. boxes.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL: All international orders are shipped via Canada post. delivery is usually within 10-14 business days. international orders could take up to 20 or more business days to be delivered. your shipping confirmation will include tracking information. local carriers will finalize delivery.
RETURNS: There are no refunds. Exchanges are accepted no later than 7 days from the delivery date of your order.Playground is not responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty / incorrect. Customers are responsible for shipping all returns.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items can only be returned for another item. We do not accept returns on: Hats, pushes, accessories, sports bras, swimwear and novelty items. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.To start an return, you can contact us at info@yourplayground.world. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Although availability may be indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: If an item you have purchased is reduced after your order date, we cannot adjust the price.
COLOURS: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
