Play Ground ships to the Canada, US and worldwide with Canada Post, for the fastest & most reliable service. International orders may require duties paid on delivery. Please see our shipping rates below.
Play Ground processes orders on weekdays (excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and associated tracking number.
Most orders will ship same or next business day. However, please allow 2-4 business days for general processing time.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 9 business days before contacting us in regards to your order. Play Ground is not responsible for courier shipping delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit or delivery. We do not compensate for delivery delays.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Play Ground and all items are subject to availability.
Acknowledgement of your order means we have received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped, or that item availability has been confirmed. If an item is unavailable, we will cancel it and refund the amount to the original payment method, and notify you of via email.
Play Ground reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
CUSTOMS
Play Ground is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Play Ground is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Play Ground by the courier, we will contact you and refund the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
